Leaving the hotel Friday morning to an abundance of snow, we were pleasantly surprised how flat Trail 8 was.  Once at Shingleton, we thought it might be a great day to head to Grand Marias. Boy were we wrong . Once we got to the Bear Trap the rail grade had 1 to 2 foot moguls. Taking the lead I turned the group around and headed south down the Haywire to Jack Pine for lunch and a peak at the infamous Indian in the basement.

Damn off trail riders can sure leave a trench!!

Saturday was a ride to Lakenen Land, Marquette Mountain and UpNorth Lodge

  Sunday it was Frank the Tank, BigGuy & myself off for some breakfast at Shingleton then back for home.
