New! for 2001 season

Track- Update your 1997-1999 Yamaha to the 2" x 141" track and the 2000 type geometry for $325.00 track sold separately. Upgrade your 1997-2001 Yamaha to the Camoplast 2" x 144" or the newly designed 2.25" x 144" "finger track" that is fully clipped and more flexible. This setup will keep you in the running with all the new sleds coming from the factory with 144’s. If you want to run with the new factory 800’s add a big bore kit, pipes, reeds, trail port, boost bottle kit, and you’ll have the competition scratching their heads. The 141" to 144" conversion kit is $90.00 track sold separately.

Suspension- While you have the slide frame out installing your new 2.25 X 144" kit add our Fox Racing shocks for front and rear suspension. These fit 1997-2001 Yamaha’s. The shocks for the front end are 1" longer and help keep the nose of your sled from pushing snow. Both front shocks with adapter kit $399.00. For the rear suspension the new Fox front shock has more aggressive valving with a fully adjustable spring for $199.00. The main shock is also valved more aggressively with a fully adjustable duel-rate spring for $224.95. Yamaha already has the best factory suspension and these shocks do make a noticeable improvement in control, not to mention lightweight with far superior performance. If you buy a complete set of all shocks the cost is discounted to $799.95.

Clutching- A Polaris primary on a Yamaha? We offer the very tunable and reliable P-85 primary clutch for the triple Yamaha’s at $290.00. Add custom springs and weights, setup to you’re riding style $50.00. For the ultimate setup we use Thunder Shift adjustable weights so you can customize your shift patterns in all three ranges heal-mid-tip for $150.00. A season of testing shows less belt wear, and improved contact from sheave to belt which means more power to the snow where you want it. We also have Yamaha YVXC Primary clutch kits setup to the riding style you request for $99.99. For the Yamaha secondary we have CNC cut helixes and the new for 2001 "Stealth Helix" also $99.99.

Engine- "There is no replacement for displacement" 750cc big bore puts you in the neighborhood of 86 ft/lb. torque and 140hp at 8600-RPM with Power inc. pipes, reeds, trail porting, and boost bottle kit. The 800cc big bore kit puts you in the neighborhood 95ft/lb. of torque and 150hp at 8900-RPM with SLP pipes, reeds, trail porting, and boost bottle kit. Where your see the most improvement is in the bottom-end, increases of 30-40ft/lb. torque and 40-50hp at 6000-RPM. Depending on the machine work and the items you request these setups have so many combinations you must call for prices.
